Elizabeth Lamberth
Beginner/Adult Piano
Elizabeth holds degrees in Piano Performance from Oberlin Conservatory of Music and Mannes School of Music, as well as a B.A. in English from Indiana University Bloomington. She has studied with distinguished teachers including Francis Walker, Sanford Margolis, Haewon Song, Robert Shannon, and Stephanie Brown, with additional jazz studies at Berklee College of Music and Oberlin. A versatile performer, Elizabeth has given solo piano recitals, played jazz piano, and collaborated extensively as a chamber musician and accompanist. She has also served as Director of Music in several churches, including St. Malachy’s – The Actors’ Chapel in New York City, overseeing worship music and concert programming. Her compositions and arrangements have been featured in both concert and liturgical settings. A dedicated educator, Elizabeth currently teaches at the Georgia Academy of Music and The School of Fine Arts at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta. Her students have consistently earned top honors in regional competitions and National Piano Guild auditions.
